By registering to participate in Legends Carnival Band (“Legends,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree, you must not register or participate.
Participation is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
All registrations and payments are processed through our official third-party registration platform, Playmas.
By completing registration, you agree to pay the full listed costume price and authorize payment processing through Playmas and its designated payment processors. Legends does not store or process credit card information directly.
A registration is not confirmed until payment, or required deposit, has successfully cleared.
All prices listed on www.legends-carnival.com and within the registration platform are stated in United States Dollars (USD).
Prices may change prior to registration but will not change after payment confirmation.
If a payment plan is offered, all scheduled payments must be made by the stated deadlines.
Failure to complete payments by the final deadline may result in automatic cancellation of your costume. All prior payments remain strictly non-refundable.
Legends reserves the right to resell unpaid costumes without notice.
Failure to complete payments does not entitle the participant to any refund or credit.
All costume registrations and payments are strictly non-refundable.
By registering, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. Deposits and installment payments are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, travel delays, flight cancellations, visa denial, personal circumstances, missed events, government restrictions, weather conditions, event rescheduling, or failure to collect a costume.
Failure to attend the event or collect your costume does not entitle you to a refund.
Legends may, at its sole discretion, permit resale of a registered costume under strict conditions.
All resale requests must be submitted in writing and approved by Legends. Private transfers are strictly prohibited and will not be recognized.
If a resale is approved, the replacement participant must register through the official system and agree to all current Terms and Conditions. The replacement participant must pay Legends directly.
A non-refundable administrative fee of 150 USD will be deducted from all approved resale transactions.
Once full payment from the replacement participant has cleared and the resale has been finalized by Legends, Legends will remit the resale amount to the original purchaser minus the 150 USD administrative fee. Payment processing timelines may vary.
Legends does not guarantee that a replacement purchaser will be found. If no replacement purchaser completes payment, no refund or credit will be issued and the original purchaser remains financially responsible.
If the original purchaser initiates a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal at any time, the resale request is automatically void, the costume will not be released, and the participant may be permanently barred from future participation. Legends reserves the right to pursue recovery of fees, damages, and legal costs.
By registering, you expressly agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Legends in writing.
You acknowledge that costume production begins based on confirmed registration and that Legends relies on your payment to incur production costs.
If a participant initiates a chargeback, reversal, or fraudulent dispute, Legends reserves the right to immediately cancel the registration, refuse costume distribution, provide signed agreements and acceptance records to financial institutions, pursue civil recovery of funds, recover administrative, banking, legal, and collection costs, and permanently blacklist the participant from future events.
Participants acknowledge that chargebacks made in violation of these Terms may constitute fraudulent activity.
Costumes are custom-produced. Final designs may vary slightly from promotional images.
Materials and embellishments may be adjusted due to supplier availability. Minor artistic modifications do not constitute grounds for refund.
Costumes must be collected at the officially designated distribution location and date in Saint Lucia.
Pickup windows will be communicated in advance. Failure to collect within designated timeframes may result in forfeiture of the costume.
Uncollected costumes will not be shipped unless explicitly agreed in writing. Failure to collect does not entitle the participant to a refund or credit.
Legends reserves the right to reassign or resell uncollected costumes.
Participants are solely responsible for flights, accommodation, visa requirements, travel insurance, and transportation.
Legends is not responsible for denied entry, travel disruptions, or missed events.
Participation in carnival events involves inherent risks including physical exertion, crowded road conditions, weather exposure, alcohol consumption, and third-party actions.
By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legends shall not be liable for personal injury, property loss, theft, delays, or indirect or consequential damages.
Legends reserves the right to remove any participant without refund if they engage in illegal conduct, act in a disorderly or unsafe manner, violate event rules, or endanger others.
By participating, you grant Legends the irrevocable right to photograph and record you and to use your image, likeness, and voice for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.
Participant data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Legends reserves the right to modify costume designs, distribution logistics, and event participation structure.
If the official Saint Lucia Carnival is postponed, modified, or cancelled due to government action, public safety concerns, natural disasters, or force majeure, Legends shall not be liable beyond registration fees received. Refunds are not guaranteed.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Saint Lucia. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Saint Lucia.
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
